Reception to the board. One badge swipe from glory.

Corporate Climber is a free, satirical office RPG that runs in your browser. You start as a new hire with a broken printer and five floors between you and the executive suite. Coworkers become opponents, then teammates. A full climb takes about a lunch break.

Play Corporate Climber

No download, no account. Works on phones. Your progress saves on your device.

How it plays

Walk the floor, talk to people, take on their tickets. When a conversation turns into a fight, it is turn-based: pick from four moves, watch for type matchups (Strategy beats Execution, Execution beats Technical, Technical beats Strategy, and so on), and manage your energy. Nothing ambushes you. Every fight is one you chose to start.

Beat a coworker and the printer spits out an offer letter. Sign it and they join your team of up to three. Fights become Pokémon-style: one active teammate, the rest ready to swap in. The team lead who has been "interim" for four years is built to outlast one person, so you'll need them.

Win a floor and you get promoted, pick a perk, and earn a badge. Badges open elevator floors. Losing sends the whole team to the break room to take five, then you try again. Nothing is lost except your dignity.

The five floors

  1. Your teamA printer ticket, a desk-pit argument, and a one-on-one you cannot decline.
  2. OperationsHelp desk, people ops, and the access badge that lets you ride up.
  3. ProductRoadmaps as weapons. Everyone has an opinion about your priorities.
  4. SalesQuotas, quarter-end, and colleagues who have never once said no.
  5. ExecThe boardroom. One boss with two phases and a very long table.

Pick your career

Product Manager
Strategy and influence. Prioritizes the backlog, aligns stakeholders, ships the MVP, heals a little after every fight.
Senior Engineer
Technical and execution. Refactors everything, deploys to prod, rejects your code review.
UX Designer
Analytics and technical. User research beams, Figma tornados, and a higher crit chance.

Daily challenge

There is also a Classic mode: a 30-floor tower run with a seeded daily challenge, so everyone gets the same building on the same day and can compare results. Share your run from the results screen.
